Here at Byways we would like to thank you all for your continued support. We have now been open for the last few months and have taken all the necessary steps to ensure your safety and ours. I hope you have all been able to stay safe during these testing times. We are contacting you as from our records you have some outstanding treatment you have not returned for.
We would like to take this opportunity to highlight that we do not want any of your conditions to worsen or deteriorate. Dental practices have been adversely affected during this pandemic. There is a chance that enforced closures could occur again. Many patients we have seen over the last few months have been suffering for several months in pain and discomfort as we have not been allowed to see them. We have also seen many patients from other practices that are still not open. Too often dental pain can occur and we may not be able to help. Whilst we are open and practicing safely, we would urge you not to delay your treatment.
