Pavan qualified from Guys and St Thomas’s hospital in London in 2003 with Honours and then completed his MJDF qualification in 2008. Dr Pavan Gogna has vast experience in providing both NHS and private treatment and in 2009 gained a Diploma in Endodontics from the renowned Eastman Dental Institute to become a dentist with special interest in Endodontics.
He also has experience in cosmetic smile makeovers and prides himself on being able to listen to patient needs and provide a calm, pain-free approach to dentistry.
Pavan Gogna brings a very caring style to treating his patients and thoroughly believes in putting patients interests first. He has been accepting root canal referrals for over 10 years and has developed a very good relationship with several referring dental practices.
Outside of work, Pavan and Amita’s two young children keep him very busy. He’s also an avid football fan, enjoying both playing and watching it.

Special Interest in Orthodontics
Amita qualified in 2005 from the University of Birmingham and then further completed an MJDF RCS qualification in 2009. After working for a while in general dentistry, she decided to take a job as a senior house officer working in the maxillofacial departments of both Eastbourne and Brighton General Hospitals. Here she gained vast experience in the removal of difficult teeth including impacted wisdom teeth and a vast array of surgical skills.
Amita Aggarwal has a special interest in Invisalign, providing orthodontic treatment for both children and adults. She provides a range of other orthodontic treatment including Fixed Braces, Inman Aligners and Six-month Smiles.
Dr. Amita Aggarwal keeps up-to-date with continued professional development and enjoys treating a wide range of patients and gaining their confidence and trust, especially nervous patients who may ordinarily prefer their treatment done under sedation. Having two young children herself, she offers a calm and relaxing approach to treating children.
When time allows, Amita enjoys Yoga, running and is a keen baker.

Lauren graduated from Cardiff University Dental School in 2012 with Honours and went on to work in NHS and private practice in various locations across the country.
Lauren is comfortable providing a wide spectrum of high-quality dentistry for all ages. She has a particular interest in preventative, restorative and aesthetic dentistry. Lauren is our first associate so we are really excited to welcome her to the team.
She is committed to her continued professional development and is currently undertaking training in facial aesthetics.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys reading, exercise and spending time with friends and family.
I am a Dental Therapist, I graduated from Plymouth University in 2024 with honours. I really enjoy working with patients to get them confident with their oral health and smile. I love to achieve beautiful healthy gums and teeth.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my 6 month old daughter, going to Pilates and I love to experiment with cooking.
Kiru received her BDS degree from Dr.MGR Medical University in India and holds a Postgraduate Diploma, MFDS RCS(Edin). She is passionate about educating and motivating her patients on good oral health, and her friendly and calm approach makes her patients feel at ease and reassured.
I am a Trainee Dental Nurse at Byways Dental.
Dentistry was my dream career. Finally in 2025 I got opportunities to carry on a career in which I will give my full dedication. I enjoy travelling, cooking, spending time with my family and writing journals.
