Pavan qualified from Guys and St Thomas’s hospital in London in 2003 with Honours and then completed his MJDF qualification in 2008. Dr Pavan Gogna has vast experience in providing both NHS and private treatment and in 2009 gained a Diploma in Endodontics from the renowned Eastman Dental Institute to become a dentist with special interest in Endodontics.
He also has experience in cosmetic smile makeovers and prides himself on being able to listen to patient needs and provide a calm, pain-free approach to dentistry.
Pavan Gogna brings a very caring style to treating his patients and thoroughly believes in putting patients interests first. He has been accepting root canal referrals for over 10 years and has developed a very good relationship with several referring dental practices.
Outside of work, Pavan and Amita’s two young children keep him very busy. He’s also an avid football fan, enjoying both playing and watching it.

Special Interest in Orthodontics
Amita qualified in 2005 from the University of Birmingham and then further completed an MJDF RCS qualification in 2009. After working for a while in general dentistry, she decided to take a job as a senior house officer working in the maxillofacial departments of both Eastbourne and Brighton General Hospitals. Here she gained vast experience in the removal of difficult teeth including impacted wisdom teeth and a vast array of surgical skills.
Amita Aggarwal has a special interest in Invisalign, providing orthodontic treatment for both children and adults. She provides a range of other orthodontic treatment including Fixed Braces, Inman Aligners and Six-month Smiles.
Dr. Amita Aggarwal keeps up-to-date with continued professional development and enjoys treating a wide range of patients and gaining their confidence and trust, especially nervous patients who may ordinarily prefer their treatment done under sedation. Having two young children herself, she offers a calm and relaxing approach to treating children.
When time allows, Amita enjoys Yoga, running and is a keen baker.

Dr Sabina Hameed is highly experienced in all aspects of Implants, Oral surgery and Periodontics. She is the only UK dentist to have trained at both of the 2 most prestigious universities in the USA; UCLA (University of California Los Angeles) and USC (University of Southern California, Los Angeles).
After qualifying from Guy’s hospital, London in 2000, Dr Hameed has acquired an extensive body of knowledge and clinical experience in both the UK and USA working in general practice, community dentistry as well as in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS), Prosthodontics, Restorative and Paediatric Dentistry.
In 2007, she was invited to do a 1-year OMFS Implant fellowship at UCLA, training in implants and advanced surgical procedures (including sinus lifts and bone grafts) with world renowned clinicians. To enhance her Oral surgery skills, she subsequently worked as a Speciality Dr in OMFS at the Royal Berkshire and West Berkshire NHS Trusts for 4 years.
In 2014 Dr Hameed wished to further enhance her skills and so returned to California after being accepted onto a 3-year full time specialist training and Masters program in Advanced Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at USC, Los Angeles. She completed this in 2017, becoming the only Specialist Periodontist in the UK to have qualified from USC.
Dr Hameed is very passionate about her work, and imparts this enthusiasm to her patients and colleagues. She has won several awards for her Masters research and has published in peer- reviewed journals. She has a keen interest in teaching and education having previously held positions at King’s College London and the University of Portsmouth, as well as being an Examiner at the Royal College of Surgeons of England (9 years). She has also taught hands-on courses, given lectures and presented at international meetings.
Outside of Dentistry, Dr Hameed has a passion for health, natural healing and fitness. She enjoys tennis, running and hiking and participates in a variety of community and charity events. She also loves baking and fashion, and secretly wishes to be a contestant on Masterchef!

Lauren graduated from Cardiff University Dental School in 2012 with Honours and went on to work in NHS and private practice in various locations across the country.
Lauren is comfortable providing a wide spectrum of high-quality dentistry for all ages. She has a particular interest in preventative, restorative and aesthetic dentistry. Lauren is our first associate so we are really excited to welcome her to the team.
She is committed to her continued professional development and is currently undertaking training in facial aesthetics.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys reading, exercise and spending time with friends and family.

I have special interest in oral surgery and treating patients who have severe dental anxiety under conscious sedation techniques.
Currently I am working as part time Specialty doctor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery department at Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading.
After qualifying in 1999 from HKES Dental college in India, I started my career as a tutor in a dental college. I came to UK in 2002 for advancement of my career and has since worked in many oral and maxillofacial surgery units across London honing my skills in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery.
I am a member of British Dental Association (BDA), British association of Oral surgeons (BAOS) and Society for the advancement of anaesthesia in dentistry (SAAD). I love to read and try to cook different cuisines in my spare time.
Sam started working at Byways Dental Practice in September 2020. She has worked with in Dentistry since the age of 16. Having taken a short break out of dentistry, Sam has returned to work for Byways with a great enthusiasm for organisation and compliance. Sam is a self-motivated individual and enjoys working in all aspects of dentistry.
Sam loves walking her two dogs Albie and Bumblebee in the Chilterns and has a keen interest in weight training.
Katie is a dental hygienist and therapist who has worked in NHS, private and specialist practices, since she qualified in 2015.
Katie previously worked as a clinical educator for The University of Essex dental hygiene program. Since qualifying from The University of Essex, following her initial training to become a dental hygienist, she has completed a further one-year program at The University of Essex to become a dental therapist. In 2017, Katie was a recipient of the British Association of Dental Therapists Outstanding Achievement Award. In her spare time she enjoys travel, cooking, yoga, and walking with her 2 year old cocker spaniel, Otis.
Kiru received her BDS degree from Dr.MGR Medical University in India and holds a Postgraduate Diploma, MFDS RCS(Edin). She is passionate about educating and motivating her patients on good oral health, and her friendly and calm approach makes her patients feel at ease and reassured.
Georgina joins Byways following a background in hospitality. She has always enjoyed aspects of dentistry and would like to become a dental nurse like her mum.
She has adapted well to the demands of being a receptionist in a busy practice. She has been brought up in a very busy household being one of five girls, so she enjoys spending time with family and going to the gym to wind down.
Tallie joined us at Byways after completing a level 3 health and social care course. She always had an interest in working in a healthcare environment.
In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family and friends and going on days out.
