What are the practice hours?
In order to meet the needs of those who want appointments outside office hours, we offer early and late appointments on various different days.
Mon 8:00 am – 6.30pm
Tue 8:00 am – 4.30pm
Wed 8:00 am – 4:30pm
Thu 8:00am – 7:00pm
Fri 8:00am – 2:00pm
How do I book an appointment?
Simply telephone us on 01491 680412, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or call in to see us. Contact us.
Are you taking on new patients?
Yes – we are always happy to see new patients. Many of our new patients are referred to us by our existing ones – if you have been referred by one of our patients please do let us know so we can thank them.
What should I do in an emergency?
We aim to ensure that all patients with genuine dental emergencies are seen within 24 hours of contacting us. It is best to call us as early as possible after your emergency has arisen so that we can try to see you on the same day.
Can I park at the practice?
Yes – we have plenty of free parking

Do you have facilities for disabled people?
There is purpose-built wheelchair access and toilets for the disabled. If you have any special requirements, please call in advance to ensure we can make suitable arrangements.
How do I get access to my dental records?
While Dental records remain the property of the individual dentist, or practice, the patient has the legal right to apply for access to their medical records. To obtain records the patient would need to fill out a “Request for access to Manual Health Records”. There will be a modest charge for access, photocopying and recorded delivery if required.
What do you do with my data?
All information provided to us by our patients is treated in the strictest of confidence and held securely according to data protection laws. All our staff sign confidentiality agreements upon joining the team. We keep all your data securely and will not share it with any third parties without your express consent.
What happens if I cancel?
If it is not possible to keep an appointment please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment time to someone else. If cancelled with less than 24hr notice you may incur a charge.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
Failure to attend private appointments will incur a charge, which needs to be settled before further appointments can be made.
