Mitra Buicki, DDS TDL (Stockholm, Sweden)
 
 Mitra Buicki is the owner of Byways, having taken over from Isobel Green in February 2005.

Mitra qualified as Doctor of Dental Surgery from the prestigious Karolinsk Institute in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1990, and moved to Britain eight years later.

While she carries out all aspects of dentistry, Mitra has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and root canal therapy, and is an associate of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Isobel Green, BDS (Edin) MFGDP (UK)
 
 Isobel graduated from Edinburgh University in 1970, and in 1984 opened Byways Dental Practice in Woodcote. The practice expanded over the years, and in 2000 moved to its current premises in Checkendon.

Isobel has a Postgraduate Diploma in General Dental Practice (MFGDP), and also has a postgraduate qualification from Bristol University in orthodontics, in which she has a special interest. She worked part-time in a specialist orthodontic clinic in Reading for many years.

Isobel has now handed the practice over to Mitra, but is continuing to see her patients, and will gradually reduce her hours over the next few years.
