What are the practice hours?
In order to meet the needs of those who want appointments outside office hours, we offer a weekly rotation of early appointments one week, starting at 8am and late appointments the following week up to 7pm.
How do I book an appointment?

Are you taking on new patients?
Yes - we are always happy to see new patients. Many of our new patients are referred to us by our existing ones - if you have been referred by one of our patients please do let us know so we can thank them.
What should I do in an emergency?
We aim to ensure that all patients with genuine dental emergencies are seen within 24 hours of contacting us. It is best to call us as early as possible after your emergency has arisen so that we can try to see you on the same day.
Can I park at the practice?
Yes - we have space for up to 15 vehicles.
How do I make a complaint?

Do you have facilities for disabled people?
There is purpose-built wheelchair access and toilets for the disabled. If you have any special requirements, please call in advance to ensure we can make suitable arrangements.
How do I get access to my dental records?
While Dental records remain the property of the individual dentist, or practice, the patient has the legal right to apply for access to their medical records.
To obtain records the patient would need to fill out a “Request for access to Manual Health Records”. There will be a modest charge for access, photocopying and recorded delivery if required.
